The 2013 Haiku Red is a unique and exquisite blend comprised of 45% Syrah, 40% Petit Verdot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is 100% estate-grown and bottled and aged in a variety of French, American and Hungarian oak. It has red fruit characters of red cherry and raspberry supported by blackberry and black pepper flavors. It finishes with vanilla, tobacco, and cinnamon spices with a firm tannin structure. It is ready to drink now and will continue to improve over the next 4 to 6 years. 150 cases produced. List price is $48.
